Boro'line 769 (H769 EKJ) was acquired in November 2011. Delivered new to Boro'line Maidstone in January 1991 to operate route 132, she would also have seen service on routes 233, 228 and 328. A little over a year later and the whole of the Boro'line business was snapped up by a rapidly expanding Kentish Bus, keen to enlarge its operations.
By January 1998, Kentish Bus became Arriva, 769 became 5769, a number she then carried for the rest of her service days. Her London days were, by now, over due to the influx of low floor vehicles and she was transferred into Kent, finishing up at Sheerness Depot.
