RF48 was acquired by Mike Welch in 2009 from Steve Parr, who wanted to concentrate on SMS97.  RF48 is a modernised Green Line example, with the revised interior.  The bus has been in preservation for a number of years, although will now be seen on the roads much more often as she has been moved to Routemaster Buses to take a place in their heritage fleet.
