RMA14 is now in the care of Stuart Boxall and Mike Welch. Stuart was contacted late in 2009 from his long time friend, Peter Graves, who used to run Green Rover, Watford. Peter had been away from the rally scene for a while and now wanted to retire fully. He approached Stuart to see if he would like to take on his RMA and RF. Stuart agreed and, with Mike's input, the buses were brought out from their 19-year hibernation. Paul Morris, who maintains Cobham's fleet was brought in to give the buses a good check over, and then incredibly both buses (along with RF48) drove all the way from Essex to Cheshire to the premises of Routemaster Buses without any problems at all. It must have been quite a sight to see all three travelling up the M6 - did anybody see this convoy that night?

Both RF392 and RMA14 are now undergoing a well deserved restoration, and we'll obviously keep you posted with the news.
